Our teen program is about teaching you how to 'budget' foods - it's not about deprivation or starving oneself. There are a few skills teens should learn as they become adults 1) Budgeting money
2) Budgeting time &
3) Budgeting food. If you don't master these 3 skills you will have a harder time getting good grades, getting & keeping a job & even getting & keeping a boyfriend/girlfriend. We teach the skill of how to budget your food as a way of life, not as a crash diet. Once you learn this, it will seamlessly fit into every aspect of your life!
This is not a diet or diet coaching – this is HEALTH COACHING!
